1. Who we are

After Awakening is a brand of Sorriso Organisation Support e.U., based in Graz, Austria. These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, programmes and digital resources offered through this website, including the free guide, the 10-Day Anchor, and Soul Warrior: The Return.

2. What we offer

After Awakening offers guidance, companionship and structured self-study resources for people navigating personal transformation, awakening, heartbreak and twin-flame separation. This work is guidance and companionship — it is not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, crisis intervention or a substitute for professional mental-health support.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for deciding whether professional care is needed. If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or mental-health professional.

3. What we do not promise

We do not promise any specific outcome, healing result, emotional state or life change. Results depend on your participation, honesty and consistency. We promise to show up, hold space, and offer the structure and accountability described in each offer — but you must do the work.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Euros and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe and, where available, PayPal. By completing a purchase you agree to the payment provider's terms. All charges are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

5. Refunds and cancellations

10-Day Anchor: You can request a full refund as long as no coaching calls have taken place. If one or more calls have been completed, the refund amount is reduced to reflect the sessions used. After 14 days from purchase, refunds are 50% of the paid price.

Soul Warrior: The Return (7-day course): Because you receive immediate access to the full course, workbook and materials, refunds are 50% of the paid price within the first 7 days. After 14 days from purchase, refunds are 50% of the paid price.

To request a refund, write to silvia@after-awakening.com with your order details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6. Booking and rescheduling sessions

Sessions for the 10-Day Anchor are booked through Calendly using the link provided after purchase. You may reschedule or cancel a session at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. If you do not show up and have not rescheduled or cancelled in time, the session counts as consumed.

If something unexpected happens, reach out — we can usually find a solution.

7. Intellectual property

All content, materials, videos, workbooks, PDFs and written resources are the property of After Awakening / Sorriso Organisation Support e.U. and are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, copy, distribute or reproduce them in whole or in part.

8. Account and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase sessions or programmes. Keep any access links or login details private. Misuse, abusive behaviour, or attempts to share purchased materials will result in cancellation of access without refund.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or emotional damages, or for decisions you make based on the guidance provided.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the "last updated" date. Continued use of the website and services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Graz, Austria.
