1. Who we are

After Awakening is a brand of Sorriso Organisation Support e.U., registered in Austria at Bachweg 9, 8144 Haselsdorf-Tobelbad. The person responsible for data protection is Silvia Resnik, reachable at silvia@after-awakening.com or +43 660 77 02 152.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you provide directly:

  • Name and email address when you request the free guide, book a call, or make a purchase.
  • Payment information (handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or bank details).
  • Booking information (handled by Calendly when you schedule your session).
  • Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting and email providers for security and delivery.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

Under GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: to deliver purchased sessions, courses and resources.
  • Consent: to send you the free guide and related emails. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or writing to us.
  • Legitimate interest: to keep our website secure, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws in Austria.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver the resources you requested, send booking confirmations and session reminders, process payments, send post-purchase follow-ups, and keep records required by law.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Third-party services

We share limited data with trusted service providers only when necessary:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Calendly — scheduling your sessions.
  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — secure database and email delivery.
  • Google Drive — hosting downloadable course material and workbook files.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and is bound by GDPR or equivalent data-protection safeguards.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

  • Free-guide subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion, up to 36 months.
  • Customers and session clients: for the duration of the service plus 7 years to meet Austrian tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Payment records: as required by Austrian tax law (typically 7 years).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Austrian data-protection authority (DSB).

8. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our website may use essential cookies required for security, login states, and payment processing. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect checkout or form functionality.

We store data on encrypted services, use secure payment processing, and restrict access to your personal information to those who genuinely need it to provide the service. However, no online system is 100% secure; if you suspect a breach, please contact us immediately.
